90 Minute Consultation
The is an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner where you will discuss a very detailed medical history from birth until now. You both will cover your toxic exposures, nutrition and eating patterns, sleep practices, internal and external stressors, and review your current supplements/medications. Here you will obtain orders for functional medicine bloodwork & specialty testing if recommended by the Nurse Practitioner.
60 Minute Follow-Up
This is a follow-up appointment with the Nurse Practitioner to review all your test results and discuss your recommended treatment plan which will be a combination of lifestyle interventions and supplements. You will have a clear course of action with treatment length & recommended follow up timelines.
